Welcoming SDM Consultant Brianna Raine

SFNFCI would like to introduce you to Brianna Raine who joined SFNFCI’s Learning Operations teams as an SDM Consultant Monday September 19^th, 2022. Brianna is currently filling a parental leave with SFNFCI until September 2023.

Brianna Raine grew up in Tisdale Saskatchewan and in her adult life has lived and worked in a variety of communities (Meadow Lake region and Buffalo Narrows/Ile-a-la-Crosse/La Loche/Beauval/Pinehouse). Brianna has commented on her love for northern Saskatchewan and watching sunsets and the northern lights. Since completing her Bachelor of Social Work degree in December of 2019 Brianna began working as a child protection worker with Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services. Prior to Brianna’s work with MSS she was employed by a nonprofit organization within the Melfort region working with adult and youth living with disabilities. When Brianna is not working you can find her learning how to ride a motorcycle, exploring new restaurants/activities, and spending time outdoors with her border collie, Shadow – who just turned seven!

Brianna is passionate about supporting and working with those in remote and rural communities, in supporting families to problem solve and achieve their goals. She is looking forward to meeting with the First Nations Child and Family Service Agencies, exploring new communities, and admiring the beauty within them.
