ATHABASCA COMMUNITY RESEARCH PARTNERSHIP COMES TO A CLOSE

Black Lake Family Conference

   March 23, 2017

March has been a busy month for the Athabasca Community Research Partnership!

Recent blog posts have covered many of the details of the Parent Workshops, Professional Training, and Family Conferences that have taken place.

A version of the Final Research Report will be available on our website in the coming months, but some of the result highlights include:

• A list of Needed Services

• A summary of the factors that both limit and support access to necessary services

• A description of the impacts that inadequate services have on people's lives

This project has been a collaborative effort based on a partnership between ADCFS and SFNFCI.  We would like to give special thanks to INAC who funded the project, to all of those who participated by sharing their stories and ideas, and to the ADCFS staff who contributed to the success of the project:

Beatrice Aistine

Monique Thomas

Jacqueline Hale

Annette Lidguerre

Sheila Joseyounen and Janet Throassie
